How Much Whiskey Yer Want Fer That?

We've unintentionally started a blackmarket hardware store with all the stuff we've collected from the tip. The local hardware doesn't stock things like timber or pipe, so there's nothing in town if you need something "now" - but why not come on down to Anna & Gary's U-Pick Heap Of Crap? Just head into the wilderness, then turn left after the dead kangaroo. Even the Doray mine camp has started ringing up to see if they can get wood and PVC from us.

Here's how the barter system works: Steve is taking some of our quad bike parts in exchange for a gas stove which he got off some other guy and which is now at the hospital maintenance shed because Pete thought he might use it but Paul owes us a favour for Gary helping him with his car so Steve's getting the stove back to give to us unless Al the gardener trades it for the goat he got from Kate to swap with Pete's wife Paula for the vegies, in which case Steve will give us a bag of dog food and a carton of Jim Beam whiskey.

Then Richard arrives while I'm bartering with Steve and agrees to trade some of the parts Steve's getting off us in exchange for some wood which we gave Richard in exchange for some more Jim Beam whiskey or possibly a haunch from one of the stray sheep that escaped from the rodeo and which Richard's mate's friend Baz is hoping to shoot for food if he can borrow a .222 from Ben in exchange for the fencing he did for Ben's wife before they sold their house to Pete. Or something. Anyway I have to go now because I'm lending Dave our angle grinder in exchange for him organising Kev and Ray to fix the gate that they got off Dazza's dad's old station in exchange for lending Dazza's uncle Roy the old ute to pick up the wood stove he got off Toby who got it from - oh, I can't keep up.
