Now, before you look at these, the reason Gary looks like a stray hobo is because he is growing his hair and beard for the "World's Greatest Shave" charity event which we hold at the pub in March. I think he'll still be recognisable until about February, but after that his entire head will have disappeared into a ball of facial hair and I won't see him again until after my birthday.
