I know that many of you have been asking yourselves, "So what are the tech specs for Waggin' Trail? Why hasn't Anna posted a fuel consumption chart?"

Waggin' Trail runs on diesel, our average purchase price ranges from $1.54 per litre, to $75.00 when you discover you should have topped up in a town rather than a remote outback pub where men are drinking beer at ten o'clock in the morning. Outside major cities you will need your secret diesel password & undergo the Test of the Seven Rig Questions before "Davo from round the back oh he's out I'll get Shezza" will unlock the diesel pump "bloody hell where's Davo put the keys this time".  Median fuel consumption is 561 kilojoules per amp, I carry a spare diesel jerry which would be too heavy to lift if I filled it so just look up the nearest petrol station on the iphone.

If you are a grey nomad "lifetimer" couple wearing matching Rays Outdoors khaki bush shorts & shirts, a motorhome is called a "rig".

My rig carries 160 litres of water in two separate tanks which are connected via a series of random-sized non-standard hoses & fittings found lying around the shed and run in a complex interwoven RN ("rat's nest") in and around the diff, transmission and any hard to reach places under the bus where they will also be handily exposed to sharp rocks etc. Access to water and gas lines is via several men at the caravan repair shop scractching their heads and saying "Crikey".

Waggin' Trail's ideal cruising speed is a comfortable 90 km/hr on the freeway (13 km/hr on hills); the GVM is 47 hectopascals but drops to a VIN of 23 when using the exhaust brakes (if that's what that button is for, but it might be the tail lights, or the UHF).
