For those of you considering the educational benefits of travelling around Australia with your children, here is a conversation I overheard in the shower block this afternoon between some little girls:
1: We drove for ages and ages, did you?
2: Ages and ages, and ages.
3: We had lunch.
1: We didn't have lunch.
2: Dad said we could have chips.
1: Yeah we drove for AGES.
3: We stopped so Mum could go to the toilet.
2: Then Dad got chips but then we had to get back in the car and I got sick.
