It's a pretty place when the sand is not blasting layers off your eyeballs; highlight were the osprey nests which the town had put up on huge high poles. The ospreys were magnificent to watch. Nice neighbours included Cheeky, a tiny weeny little puppy ohhhhh CUTE and a muttering galah who stalked imperiously through my site on its way back to its bed in one of the cabins.
So now we are at an old haunt, the Batavia Coast ("Where Cannibalism Meets the Sea") Caravan Park; Smokey gives this park a 10 for its proximity to bushes, mice and sandy pooing areas. At least we are out of the wind and I can do some more bus painting in between unnecessary visits to Bunnings.
